A graduate of Mercy College and Whittier College School of Law in California, John joined Gugliotta & Ponzini, P.C. in 1995. He primarily handles complex civil cases involving business disputes and government agency regulatory actions, with clients ranging from insurance agencies to vitamin manufacturers to artists and art galleries. As a strong believer in protecting people’s rights and ensuring they receive quality representation, Attorney Gugliotta takes a strategic and no-nonsense approach to the practice of law.
Erina R. Ponzini, Esq.

After earning her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Iona College and her J.D. from Pace University's Elisabeth Haub School of Law in White Plains, New York, Erina practiced law in a corporate environment for more than a decade. She realized she wanted to help individuals and businesses on a more personal level, and joined Gugliotta & Ponzini, P.C. in 2013. Erina is a committed legal advocate and community member, acting on the board of several nonprofit organizations in the New York area.
